The challenge

The organisation needed to roll out safety training to over 1,500 warehouse operatives spread across 23 sites — most without desk-based access to learning. Classroom delivery was inconsistent and prohibitively expensive to run at scale.

What we built

A mobile-first, scenario-based eLearning programme covering manual handling, machinery awareness, and incident reporting — built in modules of under eight minutes each, designed to be completed on a shared device between shifts.

The outcome

The organisation moved from inconsistent classroom-only delivery to a fully auditable digital training record across all sites. The compliance team was able to use learner data in external audits for the first time — something classroom records had never permitted.
